Michelle is an accomplished interior designer and founder of Michelle Ford Design, with over eleven years of professional experience creating inspiring, functional spaces. After transitioning from a successful career in insurance, she earned her interior design degree and built a practice known for expertise in residential, multifamily, senior living, workplace, and dental office design.

Michelle’s collaborative approach and deep understanding of aesthetics and functionality have made her a trusted leader in design throughout the Midwest. She personally oversees each project—from concept to completion—ensuring every space reflects her clients’ vision and enhances the user experience.

An active member of the Kansas City design community, Michelle serves on the Interior Design Advisory Board at Johnson County Community College and has received awards from the Kansas City Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining, traveling, and spending time with her family and rescue pup.
